Discount Limitations:
Eligible Items: Discounts are strictly applicable to Service-Class labor line items. They do not apply to Parts-Class items, hardware, or dynamic transportation fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Purchase Minimums: To qualify for any discount, the Services subtotal must meet or exceed the required minimum purchase threshold for that specific offer. If the minimum is not met, no discount will be applied.
No Stacking: If a customer qualifies for multiple discounts, the single offer providing the greatest financial value will be applied automatically. Discounts cannot be combined, "stacked," or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
Service Exclusions: Certain specialized or premium services—including, but not limited to, advanced data recovery, rush or priority jobs, and emergency after-hours support—may be excluded from promotional pricing at the sole discretion of Duck Lifeline.
Discount Value: All discounts and promotional offers are non-transferable, possess no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit under any circumstances.
Program Modifications: Duck Lifeline reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any discount program or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Account Credit Limitations:
Account Credits: Account credits issued by Duck Lifeline are strictly non-transferable and possess no cash value. They cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, physical products, or hardware components under any circumstances. Credits may only be applied toward the service or labor subtotal of future invoices. Duck Lifeline reserves the right to modify, expire, or revoke account credits at our sole discretion without prior notice.
