Discount Limitations: 

• Discounts are applied ONLY to Service-Class line items which do NOT include parts. They CAN be applied to transportation costs as those are considered a Service.

• If the Services subtotal does not meet the purchase minimum for any discounts the customer qualifies for, the Services subtotal will not have a discount applied.

• If a customer qualifies for more than one discount, the offer with the largest final discount value will be applied. Discounts cannot be "stacked" or combined.

• Certain specialized or high-cost services, such as advanced data recovery, rush jobs, or emergency after-hours support, may be excluded from all discounts at the discretion of Duck Lifeline.

• Discounts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

• Duck Lifeline reserves the right to modify or discontinue any discount program at any time without prior notice.
